• Display aggregated performance metrics in organization leaderboards
• Show your name and scores to other users in your organization
• Anonymous option: If you choose to be anonymous, your scores still appear on leaderboards but your name displays as “Anonymous”

Mohawk Valley Wellness, Inc. uses your identified data to:

• Analyze the effectiveness of fitness programs and challenges
• Improve program design and user engagement
• Generate insights about overall program success rates

• Leaderboard data: Your fitness scores and progress are visible to other app users within your organization
• Anonymous users: Only Mohawk Valley Wellness, Inc. and Skyforged Software can see the real names associated with anonymous accounts

3.2 Organization Access

Your organization (such as your employer, gym, or wellness program provider) may have access to certain data related to your participation in their wellness program. This may include:

• Aggregated participation and engagement metrics
• Individual progress data and fitness metrics
• Compliance with program goals
